Shipping policy

Once the order is received, we will proceed to process your order. Confirmed orders will usually takes 7-9 working days to complete unless specified. Should there be any extension of the work process, we will inform you accordingly.

For local (Singapore) delivery, it will be via Smartpac Delivery which takes approximately 1-3 working days to reach your mailbox upon dispatched.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
